I wonder though, how do people know that this set is for Dragonball? Or ANY set for that matter.

It’s like all the pictures of sets have been taken from hundreds of feet away, and people label them “Dragonball.” Well, I’m sounding cynical.

Wasn’t it mentioned a while ago in the script synopsis’ that were floating around that the finale of the movie would involve a volcano or something? Hmm.

I believe it was mentioned a Dragonball was in a volcano.

It isn’t green lava, simply green screen that will be replaced with CGI lava.

I know that this isnt exactly what it is but it reminds me alot of the scene they used on Toonami, where there excavating the sayian pod… but i do understand that the cranes and lights are for the set of the movie and wont actual be seen… but its just what it reminds me of.

I don’t know about you, but I think its fake. Now, the frist time I seen it, it look sooo SWEET! But this is running in my head…Oh, the last good picture we had was Teto (Weaver,whatever) and Emi in class. Now we got a high quality dragonball set picture! Last time we got pictures/photo of the movie, it was “BAD” quality. Now, we got some good one. But why? Is fox want to let us Fans to see some “Coming soon” picture? Or this is a fake? What the next picture? A poster? You see Master Roshi about to do the Kamehameha!? Yamcha? Bulma? You see Goku and Lord Piccolo about to fight? But you don’t see Lord Piccolo so well, but you got a great picture of Goku! All I’m saying, this is little bit weird here. If the picture “ARE” real, that will be great!

That looks really cool, I think this is a real set photo… like u guys said most likely the volcano scene but…. it could also be the gorge that goku fell into as a kid. We know that there is a scene with that flashback because fox had auditions for 3 month year old babies…..but i think its to much of a big scale set to be used for something like that, it’s got to be for the final fight with goku and piccolo.

It looked like a puddle of green slime at first and I wondered if maybe Piccolo would emerge from there Ivan Ooze-style.

I love the look of the set though. Judging from this and the previous screenshot, it looks like DB is going to be a pretty colorful movie.

it actually could be a energy ball busting into the landscape a kamehamha wave and the green screen is there for the special effects to be added to that and the explosions and after shock waves!!!-can you imagine the galik gun from vegeta busting up the ground and the nuclear bomb noise humming through the movie theatre at an imax!!!!!!!!!-or it does kinda look like a dragon hand reaching out on the right side with horns coming out of the middle?-any word if that trailer info was bogus?-i really want to see the demon assasin pics!!!!-besides of course main characters!-lets put our noses to the pavement and find some stuff guys!
