But still.. the outfit for the movie is ALOT better.. Black evil lookin suit kills that red cape, no offense to the anime tho, but this is a live action movie, and I want somethin that screams out to the audience “RUNNN!!!”

yep i was 8 the first time i saw dragon ball i thought it was ok until i saw dbz in 94 then that made it the shit!-i accept brolli jay.-anyways im 27.-i have a japanese guy that works with me whos 33 and he has some awesome collectibles he brought in we get crap ass toys here!!!

Well i have mixed reactions about this film. I used to love the serious as a kid, and now i’m older i actually went back and started watching it again when i heard about the movie and stuff and now realize how much adult content is in the anime which is cool. but as far as this goes, makeup and CGI can go a long way haha just look at everything in the movies! and FOX is doing this, so you know it will look good.
about more movies after, based on what i’ve read about the plot of this film, they can end in one of several ways.
1. after the battle, king piccolos dead, done. they can start any sequel at any other saga.
2. after the battle, king piccolos dead, but at the very end they show the egg of piccolo jr., which would imply a sequel, which would most likely start off with goku training at Kami’s lookout, and incorporate the world martial arts tournament with goku vs. piccolo jr., possibly even extending as far as showing goku and chichi with like a baby gohan or something, which would leave a third film open for the start of DBZ, which i think if they did it correctly and had about a 2 hour film, they could do from the start of DBZ to the end of the frieza saga. i know it’s a lot,
3. after the battle, king piccolos dead, show the egg, goku training at kamis, end with news of the next world martial arts tournament. leaving the sequel to pick up at the tournament, including that battle with goku vs piccolo jr, and then go all the way up to before anyone blasts off to namek, haveing the entire frieza ordeal on namek a third movie, and maybe ending that one with back on earth, showing just trunks’ boots or something looking over a mountain at frieza’s ship landing on earth or something that would be cool, which would then lead it to a fourth film of the android saga and cell saga. i think they’d stop after cell cause that would be 3 or 4 films depending on how they cut it up, and the cell saga was the most popular out of all. i think they pretty much have to do the cell saga if they ever venture into DBZ territory, but who knows, this film could also be a one shot deal lol.

First of all cool outfit, i can’t be mad at that. But the fact still remains that goku is in HS? Wtf man, the Ku man was the reason some of my friends thought you can be a great person and not finish school(there were great people in history that did great things with 5th grade education or less). Also where is krillan. Childhood friend. Training partner. It’s like having a street fighter movie with ryu without ken. So not cool. Well america did it again. Took something not american and tried to put there own little spin on it. Why dont they keep to what they do best with projects they are done with and kill everyone off (Xman 3). I cry for Akira Toriyama. I write this not to be mad about little changes like costume and height. I write this because of gross over sights (missing key characters).

ps the chick that plays mia may be hot but the character mia i feel is not needed without pilaf.
