I can’t see this movie being pg. Goku kills piccolo by punching a hole threw him if they keep that in that movie that alone would make it PG 13. I dont care either way, it could be rated G and I will still be in line opening night Ive been waiting for this movie to long not to have faith in it..

Besides the terrible acting, Narnia: Prince Caspian was a PG movie guys. And that movie had some pretty intense violent scenes. Fantastic 4 Rise of the Silver Surfer was PG thought it had a more PG-13 feel. Just cuz its PG doesnt mean that guns wont be used or shiz like that or they are gonna tone down the violence. You guys keep confusing PG with G.

Anyway Goku looks fuckin awesome in that pic with him holding the power pole. Can’t wait for this movie

Say is it truth that in this movie Piccolo tells Goku he is a saiyan?

    Dear DBThemovie.com

Thank you for lettin’ me know
Sorry about that.. you’re right, sometimes websites like worstpreviews don’t mention their sources and I don’t know why they use that method.

But just wanna let you know, that Rama’s SCREEN always tries to credit the sources.
and therefore, I’ve made the necessary updates on the entry I’ve posted earlier.

Keep up the good work, keep the dragon ball assets comin’
And I hope this is the beginning of a beautiful collaboration between us.

maybe its rated pg so everybody or anybody can watch it.. pg 13 will cut a percentage of fans off.. they need to hit big in box office so they can make a killer sequel.. DBZ

    1st off
Goku had a tail in the Dragonball series and he turned into a great ape later in the series. are we gunna be able to see that? Huh? huh? are we?????

    2nd off

    PG? No no no no way!!!!! :x :x :x :? :? :?:
why is it pg? that has to go….. Seriously! Try something more like PG13
If you keep it at PG people who are unfamiliar with Dragonball (If there is anybody) Will think its just some dumb bogus kid movie trying to roll of a movie tital based off of DRAGONtales or something…… No way you can’t do that. You should…. no wait you NEED to change it to PG13

    3rd off

Weaver as Krillin? That has to go also….. Change the name back to Krillin!

Oh well i cooled off now… im not as pissed any more

i dont care how bad or good the movie is
or if its rated G or rated R Cuz im still gunna see it anyway
Cuz Dragonball, DBZ and DBGT was and will always be badass…..
Except for the late 1980 Dragonball Move
    Dragonball: The Magic Begins
That movie was a disgrace to Dragonball…. it was unacceptable.
As long as the new Dragonball is better than the old Dragonball then im all in on seeing it…..

Over all the movie should be great! :D

they have a budget of 100million im sure they can throw a few minutes in there wit the BIG APE tearin stuff up lol.. DragonBall most likely the beginnin and the introduction for everybody to know how it all started AND i think there wasnt much action or blood in Dragonball for it to be PG13 anyway.. but other than that like i said B4 they need support from all the fans so they can hit it big in the BOX OFFICE for the makinG of DBZ bcuz thats where the real action is at. RADITZ, NAPPA, VEGETA, GINYU FORCE, FREIZA, AND GOKU TURNING SUPERSAYIN FOR THE FIRST TIME IS GONNA BE OFF THE MARKET.. BUUUT if DRAGONBALL Z gonna be rated PG thats when ima start complaining ahahaha

1st of all the only i can recognized so far from the poster is the actual dragon ball and the dragon ball title, the casting is a pissed take no offence tho towards the actors who are probablygreat and doing a great job . But what in hell the director is thinking…..

well i hope it won’t damage the reputation of the manga and anime

i grow up watching the anime and reading the manga and my vision of a real action is nowhere near it

im already disappointed plus its a F@+**G PG noooo but really guys C’mon

do us a favour listen to the fans and dont create a big flop

    we re begging u !!!!

re-schedule a new production and start from scratch

    that’s my advice

IF YOU’RE PISSED ABOUT THE PG RATING READ THIS!!!

Look we should stop complaining. yes if it’s PG the movie may be the suckiest thing on the planet. But think about it this way. it’s directed by the same guy that directed the goriest series of movies on the planet….. Final Destination. And we have a year until the movie comes out. There will be alot of blood trust me. The only things I’m worried about is how they’re gonna pull this right from the pages of the manga to the big screen. LOOK AT GOKU’s HAIR! it kinda makes me nervous about the movie. If you ask me they should’ve had justin Chatwin’s hair just like they do on his IMDb picture and saved the spikes for super saiyan in “Dragon Ball Z”. Another thing is that there is a rumor that Krillin’s not in it?!?! How can you take Krillin out!!??!! He was Goku’s sparring partner and best friend!! But anyway we should stop complaining because if you realy think about it, the movie could come out rated R and then most of the teenagers parents would never let them see it. No tien, no chaoutzu, no Krillin, no pilaf… idk about you but I’m getting less and less excited. Another thing is that if this movie sucks then we won’t have a sequel to go to DBZ and we’ll have to wait another 10 years untill they start the series over. :(

I am a researcher of Manga and animê here in Brazil, and I think this film is simply a “INSULT” to history and style of Akira Toriyama, and also an insult to Japanese culture.
I think it would be good to remember that the characters used in “mangás” are “all” Japanese, for that reason it is a very serious mistake not putting Japanese actors to represent these characters … moreover, the most you can do to have a film based on one Manga or animê , would make a film in 3D … but even the best, it would be ” NOT TO SPOIL IN THIS FORM ONE OF THE PRETTIEST AND RECOGNIZED ELEMENTS OF THE JAPANESE CULTURE “!

    (sorry for my bad english)
