Guys it is a good thing that this movie is getting bashed by most of the people.

A lot of people are hating this movie for many reasons, and that is a good thing. Let me explain why:

-According to the haters, Fullum assasins look Power Rangerish: But what they dont realize is that ALL monsters from any movie in Hollywood look like that. Its in post-production when things and details are changed to make it look awesome. (In my opinion, that Fullum assasin doesnt look AT ALL power rangerish). So when the movie is actually released they will be surprised about how great/good the Fullum assasins actually look (because of the post-production job, like in any Hollywood movie)

-According to the haters, the Mai vs Chi Chi fight sucks. They claim its “too slow” for Dragonball: But what they dont know is that in the first place, Chi Chi was never a fast fighter in Dragonball. Second, all movie fights are like that in real life (except Jet Li and Jackie Chan movie fights) but in post-production they are edited to look fast and cool. A good example are The Matrix Trilogy fights. Keanu Reeves and Smith arent martial artists or anything like that and their fights in real life were slow, but they looked cool because of the job done in post-production. Also the people who worked in the matrix are also working in this movie. Now, the haters dont know this, all they know is to hate this movie for whatever reason comes to mind. Since they are expecting “crap fights” (like the Mai vs Chi Chi fight according to them, because that fight looks nice for those two characters), they will expect that Goku and Piccolo will fight as shitty (according to them) as that, but then they will be shocked when they see Goku and Piccolo fighting. I would bet thats going to be the best fight of the decade in movies.

-The Haters are saying that the Teaser Poster sucks: But what they dont know is that its just a teaser poster and not the movie poster. I liked the teaser poster, but they hate it, fortunately they forget that that poster is not the MOVIE poster, but the TEASER poster, which doesnt have much importance.

-The haters are lowering the hype/expectation for this movie: Which is a good thing because they will see it anyways just out of curiosity and since they (and many other people) will have low expectations for this movie, when they actually see it and turns out good, then it will surprise them and it will also surprise many of us. Since we have been a whole year being told that this movie was “going to suck”, that this movie “looks crappy”, etc etc, then when we actually see it, there are more chances to be surprised than dissapointed. Remember that having super high expectations for a movie can be fatal because you are expecting something that will blow your minds. If a movie is good but you were expecting too much from it, then you will feel dissapointed, instead if the movie is good but you had low expectations for it, then you will leave the threaters satisfied.

There are many more reasons but these are just a few of them. The hatred towards this movie is actually a blessing more than a bad thing. I would bet a lot that this movie will turn out very good since most of the people will be expecting very little from this and will be provided with a very good movie that will satisfy them.

So let the haters do their job, they are actually helping the movie.

There you go, i’m am really excited

first thing, i say as a long time 17 year old db fan is dont expect this movie 2 be 2 fast-paced cuz this isn’t dbz.
second, this looks better than the magic begins and those fights were power rangerish
third, as long as it isnt as bad as the street fighter live action movie, it will be good

i think its worth remembering that this is a huge challenge for these people and we should be grateful their even trying to make this film. who knows they might pull it off,and lets not forget that the team doing the special effects are the same as the ones that did the matrix so i dont think the fight scenes will let us down.
though i have to admit i questioned some of the casting,like chatwin as Goku-i dont see how that could work, but i do think that to appeal to mass audience they are going to deviate from the anime series alot (like not including krillin) and piccolo being the one to tell goku he’s a saiyan makes me question their long term plans (i.e.cutting raditz out etc)
i’ve got to say though i’m hoping it’ll be a succes so that we can get as far along the series as possible,maybe even to vegeta
