Hey dr slump at least those two versions had some relevance to the series.Ijust saw yamcha and he looks more faithful than that old fart they got to play him.At least gokus hair is black.If you gave one of these asians countries a big budget they would put wongs poor excuse of a vision to shame.He is an ibecile for changing so much of what made the original series so great.The movie dose not look epic at all it looks like another speed racer film which is a huge waste of potential.They should of spent more time on it and get Peter Jackson or Steven Spielberg to direct the film.Now it’s just going to be another linear fantastc four or x men movie with no sense of scale or epicness like you see in Pirates of the carribean.

The taiwan version its really cool, i have see that movie when i have 12 years old and here in japan was showed on cinema and selled on dvd, the problem whit the hollywod version no its the movie, its the entiere cast, like a guys say on this blog ; goku looks more gohan than goku.

ドラゴンボール its based on a novel called 西遊記 from china, the characters looks great for other movie, but no for Dragon Ball i know a lot of ppl says ; shut up people this moie gonna be great and dont say anything, yea yeah, i can see they all are otakus or mangakas wannabe, theppl who really read all the mangas, see all the serie and Ovas onl can understand the true felling od Dragon Ball, now… i hope the movie called Robotech (macross copy made in USA) gonna be great because the US army its gonna anvolve and its more realistic, maybe dont have the problems that dragon ball have, only put Macroos when ths move come to japan and dont robotech XD!

Holy shit those DB movies look sooo shitty. I only saw the Taiwanese version “The Magic Begins” and it sucked big time, I cant imagine the Korean one. Man those 2 sucked ass big time.

Im glad Hollywood is doing this one, too bad FOX is not taking seriously. At least it feels like that. Still im sure this movie will do well in the box office and hopefully sequels will be made, and hopefully FOX will take the sequels seriously because they realize the potential DB has.

They kinda do give me a little Gohan and Videl feeling. But hopefully their personallities in the movie will help me tell the difference.

I hope you guys don’t get your hopes up regarding the maturity level of this movie. It’s going to be in the Pg to pg-13 range, because they need to make it marketable to children aka toys, clothes, etc.

Bannana some of the best movies of all time are pg. I’m actually glad because movies today are too focused on being shocking as a replacement for intelligence and smart writing. Not saying db will be that great though. My expectations are even steven.

All I know is I hope they sign Buckethead to Do the whole soundtrack. Some of his cosmic riffs would be great music while Goku powers up.
