Hey DPA Or anyone….when will the stand for Dragon Ball the movie in the Hall of Manga take place, what DATE?

I just loved that old movie The Day The Earth Stood Still. Everyone should go out and rent it. It is in black and white and it’s really an old old sci fi. I do not know how well they did the new one but with all the new special effects it won’t be all that bad. And I will be looking forward to seeing the Dragonball trailer with it. Fingers crossed!

Thank you taz the original movie was awesome, unfortunately, Keanu Reeves, doesn’t exactly carry enough charisma to do the part justice, but heck Ill definitely pay for a ticket to see the trailer! DB is much better than DBZ in my opinion, none of that omg his power level is over 9000 bullshit, with everybody getting ridiculously hug muscles and screaming. I love Dragon Ball and i simply hope that this movie does the show some justice.

now seriously what the * were they thinking.!!! when i heard that someone is going to make a movie after Dragon Ball i was like…WOW but…in the anime series there’s more fiction and unreal stuff … and that’s why we love the anime…but after i saw the teaser…and the pictures with bulma and don’t mention piccolo…where are his antenas?:))):D and it shoud be a littel more green…they should have thought that making this movie is going to be hard… i don’t wanna be an as*ho*e …i’m still thrilled about the movie…that’s what i’m waiting for…the movie ,not for the new coming trailer cuz i know it’s gonna make me suffer more:D…so till than i’m gonna be optimistic and i think it’s going to be great…and if they’re going to make a trilogy…evan better…so one last thing cuz i don’t want you guys bored…let’s think…if the movie is going to be a succes maybe we are going to see another anime serie…does the title DBAF rings a bell?who knows…

Please stop the movie… the dbz fans will not gonna be capable of erase a bad adaptation like this from the memories.

You totally owned him right there!!! I tell you guys something is wrong. No movie worth it’s film delays a trailer for christ sakes! No promotional info out yet? I’ve seen more stuff for movies coming out late next year than this movie. NO teasers? Doesnt it come out in April or am I wrong? I smell a turd for sure. They are reworking this movie trust me. They have to have shown it to test audiences by now and must have gotten unfavorable reactions. No big budget movie stalls or hides so much as this one.

Max payne sucks btw, another example of a horrible Fox remake. Hitman was horrible too. I like DB and I’m not a huge fan. I’ve only watched a little. So people like me are who Fox is trying to draw in and from the leaked “promotional” trailer I can tell you it wasnt impressive.

@Jay: What trailer? There isnt a trailer for this movie yet lol. What was shown was a footage expo, which shows nothing about the movie, just some unedited pre-production scenes for licensing and merchandising.

whoever owns this site, please delete that poll, many people think the footage shown is the trailer, all because of that ridiculous misleading poll.

@Fushar: Um, it is A teaser trailer. Maybe not the one Fox wanted to show, but it’s still a teaser trailer nonetheless. The definition of a trailer is very clear.

Have you notice that for some people there isn’t middle ground, or something ULTRA ROCKS, or it EPIC FAILS, and even worse, if they don’t like something (sometimes they don’t even know what they are talking about, like our friend jay, dbz ? it’s dragon ball, not Z, and that was not the trailer, that was a LEAKED footage) they attack and curse the ones who like it. Why is that for ? it’s so simple, if you don’t like something (the movie dragonball), dont watch it and/or keep coming here comenting and bashing everything about it, i don’t like max payne the movie, and i won’t watch it, but i liked the game, it doesn’t mean im gonna go around the net looking for forums about it to annoy people that are actually expecting something of it and curse everything out.

@DBisapointed: there are plenty of big budget movies that have been delayed do to many problems.im guessing that you dont want the fx’s to be good?thats why they have a process called post production for editing and fx’s works.why give information or a teaser that isnt ready yet im pretty sure that’s why they released the promo footage to see where they needed to improve by taking into account the reaction by the few who saw it.maybe you smell a turd because you are rushing the process of the film.
