Legacy of goku 2 was my favourite dragonball z game. I play wow, final fantasy, fable 2 and other rpgs, their my favoutite type of game so I cant wait for dragonball online to come out, if it does.

All of you pansies can say what you want….But it is blatently obvious that fox only expects this film to do mediocre at the box office…That explains why they waited soooooo long to start promotion…..and that also explains why there is so little of it….I am a film graduate and compared to other big name films this title has recieved little to none………It truly amazes me at how idiotic some of you can be…..This is not a big title to fox…..it is not on their A list….plain and simple

Realy I would expect more from a film graduate. Actualy unless you did a subject on marketing for the film industry than I dont expect having a film degree has anything to do with promotion. I think fox have done a wonderful job of promoting you just cant see it because you are looking for the obvouse promotion. Other big budget movie coming out with more marketing…Have ther trailers recieved more than 3 million hits?(and it doesnt matter about the ratings of the trailer just the hits) I dont think so, so they mustnt be marketing there films very well then?
Could it be that fox knows the demographic for this film will be spending most of there time online. So all the marketing has been through viral, leaked pictures possible spiolers.
Anyone that spends half an hour on the net knows this is one of the biggest talked about movies. If this movie wasnt expected to succed they wouldnt be bringing out a toy line and video game. If they wernt expecting it to succeed they wouldnt have spent 100 million on it, if they wernt expecting it to succeed they wouldnt keep important information secret. Why do they do that? Because the more secrets a movie has the more people want to find out what they are. They did a simular campaign for the first matrix movie.

Studios know that they dont have to spend nearly as much on marketing as they use too thanks to websites just like this one. We are promoting it for them.

Just saw Promotion for the DBE movie on ET (Entertainment Television) So looks like some promotion is being done even on tv now here in Canada. If FOX doesn’t think DBE is going to be a hit then they must not think Wolverine is going to be a hit cuz i know the trailer is online now but i have not seen anything about it at any theater’s or on tv so… If they start promoting it in late February and then start going crazy with promo’s, that is plenty of time for everyone to get psyched about it. And the haters can lick my balls haha!

Hmm…looks like we have another Budokai…actually, judging from the 4th Roshi-Yamcha pic, it may be our portable Burst Limit with a return to Shin Budokai’s ki system.

Given that…I’m actually kinda looking forward to the game. Considering how good the Budokai games have been since B3, this could be promising.

@Miguel: I have a 360. The piece of crap broke 5 times because it can’t handle Oblivion. My latest 360 works, but it takes 5 minutes to load after I take 10-20 steps.

On January 19, 2009, Namco Bandai Games and 20th Century Fox announced that a PSP video game based around the film would be released in Japan in March 2009, with a North American release to follow in April. The game will include all of the major characters from the film and feature various playing modes, including an arcade mode for one-on-one combat, a story mode in which players will Goku through the film events, a mission mode where players attempt to complete specific tasks, and a training mode for practicing fighting moves. It will also offer an on-line battle mode

They will have faith in there franchise and hope everything turns out good to the best of there knowledge. They will find the best outcome, instead of the worst all the time. They may not like what is going on and have many disagreements, but they won’t try to insult the franchise that they claim they like. They would use there knowledge from the show and put towards the movie. How are you suppose to make people like the Dragonball franchise when you have people saying This S*CKS, EPIC FAIL, SH*TTY and other hateful stuff. If you was so devoted to the show and know so much about it DPA, then you would share your knowledge in a positive way instead of a bad way. If someone was new to the Dragonball world and they read some of your comments, they would see how much hate you have towards the franchise. They could say to themselfs….
“Why should I watch the anime and manga when DPA says these bad things about the movie?”

There are people who are interested in the movie, but not interested in the show. Some people just don’t watch Anime or read Manga.

Response: He may not have the best movies directed by him.BUT.He is by no means a crap director,
He directed the one and final destination.Both mediocre movies.HOWEVER he wrote the X files series which is a big tv hit and has some well written scripts.SO STFU!If anything this is the movie rthat could create a name for him like Peter Jackson who was not a big name director before The lord of the rings.
