There are a few good responses to his question that clearly say “Goku is a Saiyan”. And he like… doesn’t say anything about that and asks the question over and over again?! o_e;;;

I meant with “Are you American?”… I was asking if he didn’t know English that well and if he familiar with some terms, since someone did say “Humaoid like race” or something like that and he could have mistaken by that….

3rd My question was “Do you have to be from the planet earth in order to be human?” because I read the definition for Human and it didn’t say nothing about you have to be from the planet Earth in order to be human. Goku has all the characteristics that a human has from what I read. I just wanted to make sure I was right or wrong.

If Goku was in a martial arts school he would probably be consider a genious in martial arts, but he is consider a Nerd to those people in his school.

what teen movies have a nerd turn hero in them , and dont say spiderman because that was exactly like it was in the comic…he was a nerd in school , got bit by the spiderman and became a hero…this is different goku is a nerd because is different not because he knows shit just because is unusual to the bullies…well it doesnt matter really the high school scenes will be in the movie for like 10 mins and you will never have to see them again, not even in a sequel…unless they decide to do buu saga and have gohan goin school but we will have to wait and see….

okay lets just stop this now. DPA, no one ever considered Goku a nerd only in the VERY early stages of the movie when people from the early extras for the high school scene talk about it. To them, Evolution Goku’s supposed to be just some weird country kid that no one knows or cares about. Whether this means he’s a ‘nerd’ or not is just from your definition of the word. But by now we should know that a nerd can’t defend the world from Piccolo. A nerd wouldn’t look for the dragonballs without looking back. And a nerd would definitly not be able to beat the crap out of the bullies who called him a nerd and steal their girlfriend. Goku, in this movie, is not a nerd.

Corey, like I said before. His physical appearence is of a human, but his species is Saiyan. Like in the show, Saiyans and other alien races such as Recoome’s race, look like humans, but have more strength and otherworldly hair. A humanoid is something that resembles human appearences but isn’t exactly a perfect human. Basically, most aliens in the Dragonball universe are humanoids because of their features (namekians, saiyans, coldies [frieza's race], and Kai’s) but are different in some way or another. Goku, like Saiyans and aliens in Dragonball, is a humanoid Alien, but NOT a human because of his geans like having a tail and transforming into a great ape that well defines a Saiyan. In their normal state, all Saiyans look like humans, but without having a tail and looking at the moon, they turn into half great apes like Gohan during his training with Piccolo. So that’s where you’re getting the half human-half Oozaru state. Its mostly just the normal state a Saiyan is in, plus Oozaru. Kinda like SS4.

READ DPA!!!! He said “Goku is a high school student who doesn’t fit in with his peers”. Meaning some of his peers in highschool consider him a Nerd. James Wong is telling it from the peers point of view, not his own. LEARN TO READ DPA!!

Did Forest Gump, Revenge of the nerds, or any of them save the Planet from danger and being enslaved from the Evil Piccolo? Did any of them have superhuman powers to stop enemies from attacking the earth?? Was any of them capable of doing the stuff Goku did. Goku was born like that.
Goku was NEVER a NERD in this movie DPA!!
He was consider “THE ONE” before some of the people in his school consider him a nerd. If Blade and the Hulk went to school they would also be consider a nerd to some, along with all the other great superheroes.
They only consider Goku a nerd, because of there ego’s. They wanted Goku to act just like them or a certain way to fit in.
Was Forest GUMP the one? NO he wasn’t!! So don’t compare Goku to Forest or revenge of the nerds. Those guys in Revenge of the Nerds was always consider Nerds and they always accept it.

James Wong had to tell this story from the Bullies point of view too. He had to imagine what would the bullies in the school consider Goku?? Even though his peers thought he was a nerd, he wasn’t! He was actually “THE ONE”….
If Goku was a nerd James Wong wouldn’t make Goku capable of doing some of the stuff he did in school DPA.

Now where did i lie? simply that.

If you did understand the story, you would know that Goku was Consider “THE ONE” way before You and the bullies consider him “The Nerd”. If you understood the Story by now then you would know James Wong created the Nerd from the bullies and peers point of view. None of Goku’s friends & family consider him a nerd. If that was true then Roshi and all the martial art legends in the movie would think so to.

Lol Ha, Ha, I never said Wong said that! Where did you get that from?? I said only the bullies and some peers consider Goku a nerd. It’s obvious that James Wong made the “Nerd” thing from the bullies point of view. Not even Goku’s worst enemy calls him a nerd. We already know who his worst enemy is “PICCOLO”. Piccolo has known about Goku since he was born and he has never reffered to him as Nerd boy.
The bullies try to pick on Goku and call him names just because of the way he lives and acts. They would do the same think to Piccolo if he went to school too.
The only reason why they don’t call Chi Chi a Nerd is because she try’s to fit in with everybody else and it’s causing her to keep secrets.
No one in the school really knows about her joining the tournament, because she doesn’t want to show that side of her. Why? They might think she is a Nerd just like Goku.
Even though Goku wants to fit in he can’t help who he is, because he was born that way.
