Japan is airing a bunch of new TV spots for Dragonball: Evolution in preparation for its release on March 13th, and thanks to doragosoball a few of these spots are available online. You can even hear the Japanese dub cast at work.

heh pretty smart of them to launch in japan as very few will download the movie before its english release because it is dubbed. plus they pay homage to the series origin, two birds with one rock :p

Wow why does the japanese kamehameha dub sound better than the original with Justin Chatwin. Maybe because the Japanese have a greater respect for Dragonball than the US does. Don’t get me wrong I think Justin really tried hard to make this excellent but Goku is Japan’s super hero just like Superman is the US hero. I guess if Japan made a Supeman move it wouldnt seem quite right either.
Pretty funny hearing the voice of Inu-Yasha screaming kamehameha.

@Major48: chatwins kame hame ha sounds a lot better than the dub imo, i didnt like at all the dub version,, i wish they had used the original piccolo and gokus voice like they did with the latin american dub

i don´t know if someone noticed, but in the second video on the part where the bike transforms is a bit more enhanced that in the third one, it’s dificult to see but it’s enhanced.
piccolo sounds tight in japanese. very intimidating and i think that’s what fox is going for. marsters has definitely stepped up to the plate as well to play the role of piccolo.

Anyone notice that Shenron is gold in the first and a regular dragon in the third? Wuts up with this? It would be cool though if they have shenron as gold when he is coming out of the dragonballs and a normal dragon after that.

DAMN Roshi’s voice is WEIRD in japanese xD So different from the english one.
In the end on the kamehameha voicing… i dont understand its like we hear goku saying KAME … then we hear a deep voice (roshi?) saying HAME… then goku screams HAAAAA!
