when this comes out, and i get my hands on it, lol oooh yea!!!
im taking my family to see it! im 27 years old and im still felling all bubbley to think that dragonball is nolonger just a cartoon.
sure the story was changed from the enf of the world by the red ribbon army, to ….Aliens….. but it iz still giving me goose bumps,
I hope Grampa Gohan is in it!~ 8O

Hey guys the movie was great i saw it 8times looking forward to the seqeul and form what i heard vegeta is gonna be in the next one, part two is more about dragonball z so people will see alot of the favs and its more intense fights in part 2 its gonna be about 4 dbz movies but james marsters which is a buddie of mine is trying to push to get about 6 or more dbz movies done hope it happens i will keep ya posted

I just saw the movie in its UK release. The facts… Yes, the movie is kinda short. The narration seems rushy and there are several leaps in the storyline. The acting hadn’t the chance to draw the characters better. However, there are elements of Dragonball in the movie (not of DBZ) because this is about the Piccolo’s saga. The first encounter of Bulma and Goku, she used guns like in the beginning of DB saga in the anime. Another moment is when Bulma finds girls magazines in Roshi’s home, or when Bulma tells to Yamcha that her wish to the dragon is to be famous. The final fight was not so epic like in the anime, but I couldn’t expect a 15-episodes fight in a 85-min film. Anyway, it’s hard to see all the live-action characters when you have the anime images. But Emmy Rossum was right when she told that if you want the anime, take the anime. There are DVDs, justin.tv or YouTube for that. This a whole new viewpoint of DB. If you want to go to the movie, simply go. Don’t pay attention to the bad or good comments. It happened to me that several times friends of mine have told me that certain movie was bad…and later, when I finally see it, I discover that it wasn’t bad at all, and the opposite.
Finally, I warned to my wife and my mother-in-law in Colombia (both die-hard DB fans) that the movie is about a new world of the DB saga, not DBZ. At least, they will be luckier because they will see the latin spanish-dubbed version, and the voices of Goku and Piccolo will be the original voices that dubbed the anime. That was an achievement of the Latinamerican fans who demanded this with a lot of mails to the Fox.

know wat ya mean bout not gettin super sayian for a while, wonder if they’ll do they whole raditz coming thing.
but they defo have to do vageta’s coming to earth…..if they don’t ….then fox industries will get a very threating letter….my poop in an envelope :L:L

@Trade-Mark: @Trade-Mark: Simple misunderstanding "friend". My frustration was directed at 2/3 of the morons that come yelling incoherent nonsense like,'' Where's super Sayian? This movie sucks!'' As long as you know I won't badger you but don't expect SSJ for a few years.

I saw the commercial for Dragonball Evolution on Disney XD for the first time! It was during Phineas and Ferb.

@Alassandros: here brains if you ever took the time to read up on the whole db movie talk you’d see that they talkin bout makin 3 more movies………IN OTHER WORDS THERE WILL EVENTUALLY BE ONE WITH SUPER SAYIAN IN IT…..dingbat.

ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh i cnt wait i love DB well i havnt realy seen it i only watch DBZ bt im still sooooo stock da only thing isnt bulma ment to hav blue hair ???

also none of my mates like dragonball so i hav no 1 to c it with soo im pretty guttered eh!!!!!
