I think it’s a good idea they’re restarting Dragon Ball. Evolution was OK, but it didn’t really stay true to the anime. If they do make a trilogy, then I know who would be perfect for the rol of Hercule: Hulk Hogan!

i think they should can the sequel! I love dbz its the best anime ever. but lets b real the movie blew and so will the rebooted film. Sorry all of you hard core fans i love it as much as you but lets be honest its gonna suck

You know, I am glad that they are going to re-do it but I actually saw and liked the movie. I liked the fresh start of Dragonball, the effects were awesome and so was the plot. I admit the idea that Piccolo having no attenae and Goku not having a tail was wrong (major fan of DB and DBZ! so I can spot these things), but over all I did enjoy the movie. I am really looking forward to a MUCH BETTER, IMPROVED AND ADVERTISED movie and looking forward to the series. I know that if they are going to do it they have to get a really great and awesome set of people to portray Goku and Vegeta. And a guy who is a swordmaster, knows how to street fight and do martial arts, and look great with blue and green eyes, and purple and gold hair, to portray Future Trunks. Future Trunks is the third favorite character in the anime series so he has to be done extremely well. The Androids 17 and 18 have to be done extremely good too. No one less than perfect can pull off them, and if even one of these are done wrong the series will flop!

I could totally beleive that FOX might reboot Dragonball. (They rebooted the Hulk movie, and it was way better than the first one too!) I just hope that they’ve actually paid attention to our suggestions for making it better. meaning:
-They find a different director, not some loser whos never made an action movie
-A better script without crappy dialogue but more character development
-NOT PG RATED!!! THE MOST IMPORTANT!!!!! Hell Id make DB rated R! People got holes punched through them and arms ripped off all the time! But its FOX so theyre going to push for a rating that kids can go to see, but Christ, its fucking dragonball! Its all about the fights!! And killing bad guys!
- More research! Its like none of DBE had anything to do with the Dragonball series. (Bulma had guns through out the whole DBE movie when in the show, she used guns once, and it was when she met Goku for the first time.) Not to mention the whole Piccolo and Oozaru team bullshit. How could Piccolo instantly tell that Goku was Oozaru?! And how the fuck could Piccolo control him. Hes a fuckin monster on a rampage WHENEVER THERE’S A FULL MOON!!!!! That lunar eclipse bullshit was so tacked on. All the changes fox made were so unnessisary. If they would have just read the comic and watched the show this would have been very easy to film. FUCK HOLLYWOOD!!!!

Does fox know that it was the director and the script writer that made this movie suck? I would like them to change Goku too. But if fox keeps all three of them, dragonball movies are going to go down the drain.
