thats a joke looks at the competition Punisher: War Zone, Watchmen, X-Men Origins: Wolverine, The Spirit all these movies had very bad reviews from critics and fans. aint surprise DBE is nominated into this list too.

if you check whos been nominated for “Best actress” Megan Fox, Moon Bloodgood, Eliza Dushku, Lena Headey. 2009 Scream awards is not important award show at all to be honest its nothing to be proud of.

it was not so great in the general public bad word of mouth killed it. look how it drop so hard in the film charts anyway Watchmen will win cause its a better movie compare to the rest of the films plus it was close to the graphic novel.

Punisher: War Zone, X-Men Origins: Wolverine, The Spirit and DBE are bad movies.

This movie SUCKED when compared to the rest of the movies in the list. If it were titled anything else other than Dragon Ball, it wouldn’t have been a horribly bad movie. I haven’t read the manga, but even if you compare it to the anime, then it was horribly bad.

Did you ever read the graphic novel for Watchmen? It was written in the ’80’s and you can STILL see where today’s comics are influenced by it. X-Men: Borings was just that, a bad movie that could and SHOULD have been done MUCH better.

I admit Watchmen has somethings that could be good and todays comics might be influenced by it, but they took what watchmen had and improved it. plus there was too much dick. i dont like dick.

Watchmen was by far the best movie out of all of them, and Dragon ball evolution should win worst movie of the year. Dragon ball evolution is nothing more then fox raping Dragon ball fans for money and spitting in our faces.

The Spirit was horrible. Absolutely horrible. I spent the whole time making fun of it and that’s the only way I made it through. It is up there with the worst movie I have ever seen. You want bad acting? Bad storyline? That was The Spirit, not DBE. I think DBE was good in context to what it came from. Have any of you actually sat back down to read the Dragonball manga? If you do, you will actually start to see DBE was not that off base. Really. I hope it gets it. I didn’t like Watchmen, as someone else stated it was rather boring, and too much blue penis. Wolverine was pretty good, but I liked Gambit out of the whole film and wished he’d made more of an appearance. I wasn’t a fan of the Punisher either, but we will see.

watchmen was horrible. Two and half hours build up for a worthless plot. They cud have cut out da blue a**hole, wid it 1 hr of story, and it cud’ve been really cool. All hail dbz whose adaptation in sequels cud blow dese whiners lyk watchmen away. X-men shud win da award however.

well guys 2009 Scream awards also have freaking twilight nominated for a few awards so this award show is basically for screaming teen girls

Well, no matter how much I like Dragonball, but Evolution is actually not that good to win this Category.
I think there would be the recent Batman-Movies, Watchmen and IronMan ranked higher.
As for Dragonball:Evolution, there were way too much missing from the Original: Dinosaurs, the Anthropomorphs and Pool, to mention the 3 greatest missing parts from this movie(If they just added one Guy with an Animal-Like Body to Goku’s school, it would have been enough, and for Dinosaurs, some randomly flying Pteranodons would have also been sufficient).

Punisher: War Zone:personally i didn’t like it cuz that villan bugged the shit out of me, and I just liked the first one a bit better
Watchmen: I understand that a lot of people like the comic book…and I don’t doubt that it was very iconic and awesome, but i never read it so I can only judge off the movie and that movie was just awkward. I was WAITING for something kool to happen, aand nothing did. It had some kool moments, but I was just dissapointed is all
X-Men Origins: Wolverine: never saw it
The Spirit: I thought it was funny, and I have no idea if that was intentional or not! lol
DBE: Its fun to watch cuz you can laugh at it’s dumbness lolz…unless you’re still an enraged fan who can’t let it go. I would personally pick Watchmen before DBE cuz apparently fans of the original weren’t pissed off at that movie…that’s worth something right?

I think X-men:Origins will win…too many actors not too… I mean sure the chick from House is in Watchmen but hell, Ryan Renolds, Will-I-am, and Hugh Jackman definately make it a challenge for the other nominees.

wot R u lot talkin about? DBE had almost evry part of original story! Imean come on peeps! the director ect. obviously put this one out like this as a taste of hopefully wots 2 cum! Iagree that the film didn’t live up 2 my expectations nd da plot woz a bit rushed but the original TV series showin dis story woz pretty much same thing i thought 4 dis 1st film it woz a bloody good attempt I WANT MORE nd if ya true DBZ fans u’ll wake up nd realise dis!
